Karma FAQ
Is Karma free?
Yes, Karma is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Karma legit?
⚠️ The Karma app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app has been amazing for the past year. However ever since a month or so now the prices for the items will not update and any new added items will display $9.99 no matter what the items cost is. Additionally any new updates to the older items will display $9.99 for the sale price even tho it’s not at $9.99. Hopefully they will fix this glitch in the next update and then I will recommend this app.
Main function dysfunctional
Only works for 1-3 obscure websites, otherwise gives uber late notices for things restocked a week after (good luck getting it by then) OR sale notices for items that are NOT on sale
AI feature needs work
Karma has gotten a lot better, I had previous concerns that have been addressed hopefully this one will be as well. The AI match feature is a good idea, but I wish it were optional to use because it's preventing me from saving items to my karma. When I try to save something it automatically uploads the image to the AI match feature and the exact item isn't always within the matches therefore I can't save the actual item. This has become frustrating and inconvenient.
Price tracking no longer working?
The app used to show a line graph of past prices for an item, but it doesn't anymore so I don't know how good of a sale it is whenever I get a notification. Kind of defeats the purpose for me
Amazing app
I love making wishlists in the app and getting alerts when the item goes on sale. I also really like the product comparison to make sure I’m getting the cheapest price.
New user
The app labels items and saved sizes as “sold out” despite available stock ?
Spam
I’ve unsubscribed from all notifications three times and they continue to receive them.
Useless app
Unable to do anything. Not at all intuitive
Doesn’t work
I was trying to use this app on The RealReal website. And it seems like the Karma app is a farce. Anytime it sends me an item that is on sale as soon as I click on it it says that it is sold, and that it sold for a different price than Karma is showing. I think I have only clicked on it once were an item was not already sold. So I’m wondering if they’re working together with The RealReal and trying to get people to look at other items to purchase after an item that they had has already sold it is not working as it states it does.
Not sure what people give high ratings for
****update2*** clicked contact developer link you sent me, certificate for site was bad, and the url was a page not found.
*****update******* I’ve done that, the algorithm is completely wrong. I have literally been in my Email box when Karma delivered the notice. Email was 3 seconds old and it was the same product that always pops up wrong. DeWalt ToughSystem 2.0 at the Home Depot. Everyday, several times a day I get an Email says this item is on sale from $129.00 for $14.98 same wrong price, everyday, multiple times a day. It does it for every item I save. I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and constantly get up dates on items that I have added to my wish list daily. If not multiple times a day suggesting they are incredibly low prices and every time I go to check, it is in accurate. I have yet to click on the link even when it shows up in my inbox and I immediately go to check the item is wrong. So unless I’m missing something this app does absolutely nothing but fill my email with spam mail with things that I am not interested in. I wish it did work is great, and if the items popped up and I clicked on them and actually received the prices and claims these items now are I would be ecstatic. But that’s not the case, the prices are never accurate and always suggest things that I am not interested in. Anyone has any suggestions on how to get the prices showing up in the app please let me know otherwise.
