## KARR Security Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Potential"
The app is clean and easy to use… but it freezes a lot!! Plus the connection between the app and car is finicky. Won’t connect half the time.
-- Dawncdc, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Command not sent"
Command not sent and stuck on same location for 5 days now. How am I suppose to track my car if I’m not able to refresh to see where it is located. I did update and still the same. Please fix this.
-- jcjohnson0313, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Useless"
I’ve had my 2024 truck since September and I’ve only been able to use this app once, maybe twice and it’s only been while sitting in the truck. If I’m not sitting in the actual truck this app lets me do absolutely nothing because it tells me it isn’t able to connect with the truck because I’m not in range. I’ve stood 5 feet away from my truck and had it tell me this! I can only imagine if my truck actually got stolen how even more useless this app would be!
-- Bean619er, 2024-11-24

### *---- "total trash"
that's all i have to say
-- dannyboysof Danny, 2024-10-14

### *---- "Terrible location service"
The alarm system is great, but the location service is absolutely horrible. It only shows where your car is when it is in range, not at all times. Defeats the purpose if your car does happen to get stolen or towed. App could also use a redesign as it is glitchy and difficult to use.
-- Nickname759392726, 2024-08-24

### **--- "BUYER BEWARE AT DEALERSHIP"
Very poor bluetooth pairing connection
with vehicle , you literally have to be 5-7 ft away
to use the app to lock /unlock car
so don’t even think that you will be able to use this feature while inside your house ,
because you won’t .
Now if the creators can improve this pairing problem I will definitely give it a better rating
-- NewHondaOwner5, 2024-08-10

### *---- "Does little to nothing"
Hope anyone considering on purchasing this upcharge at the dealership reads this first , I was promised the ultimate security system when all this app does is let you unlock and lock your car and let you know the last place you parked your car LITERALLY nothing else
-- Mart$29, 2024-08-03

### ***** "Tryna catch a rat? Throw a lil cheese out."
Absolutely great. Signal and connectivity blah blah sometimes it’s here and there but accuracy and details are on point otherwise z it sometimes takes a bit for ol Pearl to sync live time with my phone but whatever
-- motherpluckin8, 2024-07-24

### ***** "Car app"
Pleased with the app it’s basic but that’s what I like about it
-- Jenny@1907, 2024-07-12

### *---- "Waste of money"
This app is pointless! If you’re not in Bluetooth range it doesn’t work. The dealer raved about how the car can be disabled with this app and tracked if stolen. The gps location will only show you the last location you parked, while in BT range. If you haven’t purchased this app already then skip the sales pitch and just use the key fob.
