The app either doesn’t open log in page of public wifi, or doesn’t load the log in page. 

In order to connect, I need to delete this app, then connect to public WiFi, then re-download the app and re install VPN. 

This is very inconvenient. 

Also, the tech support sucks. Only pre-typed up answers to random questions. No way to actually address any real issue and talk to support. 

Also, doesn’t work in all the counties. When I bought the subscription it said that it would work everywhere. When I travel the app just doesn’t connect to VPN in some countries. 

Finally, the app doesn’t work on all of my devices. I have two apple IDs that I use on different devises and the app just doesn’t work on my device even though my name, email, phone, etc are the same. 

In short, I will not extend this subscription once the year is it ends.

What you guys did with the last update but holy hell it barely stays connected for more than 5-10 minutes before I have to reset it. It engages the killswitch for absolutely no reason, blocking my internet, even when I have perfect connection. Wifi works perfectly without the vpn turned on but as soon as it is, wifi gets cut off. If this stupidity doesn’t get fixed I’m going to be looking into alternatives.

Doesn’t provide a continuous connection at all, I have to restart my devices 75% of the time I use it because the VPN shows false information about my connections to my ISP and when it does work it’s usually just buffering the entire time.

Hey, login in IS the problem. I can’t! So I quit. I am giving up. My time is too precious. Will buy something else. McAfee reviews are great, so I am told… I’ll check. Bye bye Kaspersky…

The Kaspersky VPN did not work at all on my iPhone 7 with IOS 13.5. I requested tech support and got a reply the next business day. I was given incomplete information at first for testing but that was eventually sorted out with a lot of patience from the support staff. After a few days, Kaspersky came up with a new version which I downloaded and which now works just fine. So Kaspersky have their customers at heart, and Kaspersky VPN Connection is easy to use and efficient.

 Pls note that when you give willingly or unknowingly access to information  ...it often involves a notion of risk. 
How about allowing cyber criminals stealing your information?
Certainly not!
So we need a VPN and the only cyber risk is when you choose to share your password.

A potential software issue or anything regarding the technology is not an issue anymore *
