## Kazam EV Charging Reviews in India

### *---- "No refund and charger rarely works"
Worst ev charging provider. They vanished from our society one day
-- nirmal.joseph, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Verybad work"
Very poor app, I have to click atleast 30 times before the charging starts

Charges are in basement where there is no signal

If i try to start remotely it starts and ends and continues to do that forever

There is no card option

Atleast one switch or card or a OTP should be enough to start it

Very very very poorly done
-- Ruchith99, 2024-10-27

### *---- "Convenience fee charged for loading wallet"
You are charing 2% + gst for loading wallet… who does that???
-- vineeth61, 2024-09-08

### ****- "Overall good but need improvement"
Overall it gives good experience but some starting the charging doesn’t happen smoothly. Sometime it doesn’t show stop charging option as well. Happening this after the latest update.
-- Anand258, 2023-08-22

### *---- "Can not logic to app"
When trying to login, after entering otp it just stays there and doesn’t load the application page. Same happens when I use google or apple id to login.
