Kazo Online Shopping

The online website only sells and does not give an option to return or replace.The link that they give for return does not work.They are cheating customers.Tried getting in touch with their customer service through email and they also didn’t respond.Hope their website crashes forever and their sales go for a Toss since they don’t value their customer.Hugely disappointed!!

Worst app

It’s been more than a month that I’d placed a return request. My product was picked up long time back and they are not sending me the refund claiming that they’ve not received my product! I’m writing them emails every hour and all I’m getting is same response, EVERYTIME! The customer care number that they’ve provided never gets through simply because they just don’t care about their customers! WORST APP OF ALL TIMES!!

Okay! So I am a big fan of KAZO collection and have been shopping from their stores since more than a decade. But, it brings me disgrace to inform you that you have a pathetic online service and had their been option to give you 0 stars I would have chosen that. Firsly, your application kept crashing for which I had to uninstall and reinstall the application several times only to discover that the collection of your website and application are not the same, also their isn’t any filter option available and sort option isn’t working. I have been trying to place an order for latest winter collection cape which isn’t being shown on your application. So disappointed with the app, it should be removed from the App Store.

Doesn’t work, doesn’t let you login, doesn’t recognise your account. Doesn’t let you load products, a full waste of app.

Very fast to deliver but too slow to return/exchange. No customer support. And as a brand it’s disheartening to see that they don’t care.

worst customer service wont recommend kazo to anybody they never refunded my money i called the customer service 10000 times and they said its done but its actually not i never received my refund
