Looks very outdated.
The ui is very outdated with uneven edges doesn’t look attractive at all, really need to work on it and also add virtual debit option for customer so that they don’t have to wait 10-15 days to start using upi.

Most hopeless app ever experienced, freezes at the opening and never lets in, what’s the use of having online banking with such useless apps
App is not good enough
The App once deleted and reinstalled does not allow to register. Goes to the same page for MPIN.
Not a good aap
Very Poor aap which doesn’t open properly, don’t do transaction from mobile aap it gets struck.
Unable to reset password
You can’t leave this app just like that. I’m unable to reset my passcode. Hence unable to make payment. You really need to work this application always server crash. Which has caused inconvenience to me several times. In fact if you are stuck somewhere you just can’t trust this application for a last minute transaction. Kindly fix this asap.
