Glitch in Debit Credit columns of account statement
A serious issue of debit and credit needs to be taken care of in the transaction view of the passbook. Showing irrelevant entries of both debit and credit in the same transaction which is not possible and hence an error.

Worst app ever
It’s better to go for bank directly then using this app , I don’t know why Karnataka bank apps are always either under maintenance or not working ? It will always have something or other problem , team please resolve this or just remove apps permanently.

Smooth and easy to manage with KBL e passbook thanks
Absolutely waste
The app used to be really helpful, but since last 2 months, both debit and credit entries appear in the same line and same entries gets repeated multiple times. I wish someone looks into this and does the needed correction at the earliest

Very slow and crashes every time when I open this app

Wrong information
Showing double transactions in single line, even bank staff got confused & struggled a lot to check the transactions details & finally blamed the app developers.
