Kekurangan:
1. Belum fleksibel, pendaftaran hanya 30% online tidak seperti bank digital kompetitor, jadi belum tau arahnya apakah mau jadi bank konvensional atau digital dan juga cabang yang menjadi sangat sedikit sekali.
2. Customer service sangat tidak membantu, memang betul mengikuti regulasi perusahaan, tetapi apakah ada tindak lanjutnya sampai sekarang masih belum tau, padahal negara kita itu konsumtif yang cenderung nasabah yang luas di perlukan, tetapi ya apa boleh buat, sampai sekarang mau daftar KBstar aja tidak bisa.
