It would be much better if the app shows the stylist’s lunch hour so we can time our arrival accordingly. Also, it is all very well to go high tech, but when your outlet has very poor data reception and no wifi it is very difficult to use the app to get tickets or show the coupon.

Been trying kcuts for a few months. The quality of the cuts is getting worse. Finishing touches like clearing the nape of the neck and final aligning of hair for a fade, the stylists don’t bother any more. It’s not even a matter of time, or a long queue. You have to ask after they think they’re done.
