Looks like it was designed by a high school student in their first year coding class. Why is there 10 different prompts before I can actually book the appointment? And WHY, WHY must you click SAVE for not opting in for a wash??? This app just keeps getting worse. I log in and cannot see my scheduled appointment unless I choose a store. Then it shows no future appointments even though I have one! When you view appointments there is no clear way to go back from that screen but I accidentally found swipe to work. I enter a zip code and the closest store is actually 6th on the list, not first. Many time I’ve had to quit the app because I got stuck on a screen or weird loop trying to go back. Remember me does not remember me. The screenshots on the App Store are out of date.
