I love this App - such a great way to protect and organise passwords and critical documents. Now everyone in our family uses it to stay on top of password security. Linking to a web browser like Chrome makes it very convenient to use.
Firstly, I’d like to say the product itself is very good. No issues with the features it offers. The main reason for my negative review is due to how difficult it is to cancel your subscription plan and even to cancel auto renewal. Funny how it’s so easy to set up but there is no way to stop auto renewal or even cancel your plan without contacting support. If you google this issue, you’ll see there are other people who has also gone through this. It’s worth checking that out as well. What’s even worse is that in my experience the auto renewal happened over two weeks prior the expiration date. There was no email from Keeper notifying exactly when I would be charged for this auto renewal. At the very least, the customer should be informed if a payment is going to be made prior to the plans expiration date. Not sure if I can get a refund for my most recent charge. Hopefully I am able to get a refund for it. I will put an update after there is some progress. As for whether I recommend this to anyone else. Honestly I wouldn’t. Better to use a product that has at least basic payment features. Thanks for checking my review. Hope it helped.
Absolutely the worst saas product in terms of cancelling a subscription, there are no easy ways to do it than to contact customer service.
I have used on Keeper for many years. It is a dependable, reliable and trusted application. Over the years many user friendly features have been added. I recommend it to you.

I wish this had an option to make the 2FA code available via Apple Watch. This would be a great option to have especially if we could enable it individually for each 2FA
Keeper is an absolute gem! The app is easy to use and functions well. Easy to add passwords on various websites/apps etc and get card payment information from the app. Highly recommend
