Happy I switched
I’d been with a competitor for several years out of convenience but after a breach and learning about Keeper from some industry friends, I decided to check it out. Moving my passwords was easy and I find the interface to be a lot more user-friendly than other.
Problem solving
I recently had a problem retrieving my Keeper account. Due to the diligence of two agents, many days and numerous texts the problem was solved. Thank you Carlos and Pio.
Pathetic & greedy
Charging $40 for what is essentially a notepad… tricking people into paying to access information they already posted… do you people have no dignity?

Predatory app with poor customer service
There are plenty of other password managers that are free. I struggle to support this app which enforces limits on the free version, does not reply to my emails, and obsessively promotes the paid version

Now you cannot delete info!! You need to pay 50$
Terrible app DO NOT DOWNLOAD
After downloading this app, I spent hours in putting all of my passwords. later The app locked me out suggesting that the only way I could access my passwords was by spending $50 a month on the app. This is a scam. Do not buy this app. it’s not worth $50, it traps all of your passwords

Hardest time to cancel subscription
I hate the companies that make your life hell to just cancel their subscription. No option on site to cancel and almost impossible to get to customer care.
