Account and payment access
I am trying to find out what services that I have and when they renew and how I pay. The account info on the vault gives me little information. Apparently I also have storage and it is about to expire. Don’t know what it is If I need it I don’t know. Tried your help option useless. Says you will get back with email in two hours. Without info on storage cost and what it is I will not renew. My app expires in February. The ability to get support questions my desire to renew How about phone support? Doug McIntyre
Horrible app
The only password app that has tons of ads and bombards you with nonsense. Do not trust them!!! Horrible app!!
Poor quality
Constantly popping up ads to purchase expensive subscription. And without subscription you can’t edit or delete entries.

All I can say it’s the best. Easy to use and well-protected.
You must pay to edit
When I originally got the app it was great but without a subscription you cannot delete passwords or edit them
Convenient and Secure
My workplace implemented Keeper and I received a free licence for a personal account too. I moved all my passwords, 2FA and passkeys into Keeper. Their support is responsive and they are active in Reddit forums too. Great service and a great team that brings it to us!
My passwords are being held hostage
Using the free version and I cannot edit or delete passwords. Very annoying and disturbing. Can’t delete because I’m worried about my info being out there in the ether 😡
Impossible to delete you entries
Absolutely terrible that I can’t delete my entries on the free mode. I want my account deleted but want to delete my entries first. I understand I can’t add anymore but to think I put my personal info in and I now I have no control to delete them. TERRIBLE - these passwords should be mine to delete. I would never recommend this app.
