Makes it almost impossible to cancel auto renewal. Had to cancel my bank card in order to cancel subscription.
iPhone change
I got a new iPhone and couldn’t access Keeper on it. I emailed support on St Stephen’s day and got a reply with a solution that worked perfectly within the hour. Top class service 👍

Keeper wiped all my data
This app used to be free which I’ve used for years until Keeper decided to start charging a subscription. When I did not pay their ransom the app deleted all my data, despite me emailing the company to ask them about the subscription charges. They didn’t even bother to respond. Terrible service and product.

I am unhappy with the yearly cost. When I first joined I believe the price was about€10. Now the cost is around €40 I have just renewed my subscription but I hope to find a cheaper option next year To me the price is crazy Jim Cullen
