Spent a whole morning fretting over my keeper App. Since I first used it the email address had closed down. I needed to address the issue and I was mid way between an old iPhone 6 and a new iPhone XS. Add in some other complications and issues .. I’m 72 .. working with a sub par internet connection from an island in Fiji ..so dependent on my trusty Keeper .. was almost in an anxiety attack when my plea for help was quickly and efficiently dealt with by the Keeper team. So heartwarming having the staff applying themselves to holding my hand and walking me through it all. 
Seriously great service.  Well done Keeper.

Good app to keep your passwords but BEWARE in addition to the hefty annual fee ($49) they automatically bill you an additional $14.99 for ‘file keeper storage’. I DID NOT want this and tried to opt out in settings (twice!) but I keep getting billed for this. No option to cancel in iTunes. Ver frustrating. Will cancel this entire subscription and delete app if this is not resolved. Poor customer service!
