KeeperPlus turns your business paperwork into clean, tax-ready records. Scan or import commercial invoices and receipts, and let AI pull the merchant, invoice number, dates, totals, payment method, and HST/GST — then export straight to QuickBooks.

An expense app is only worth having if the numbers are right. KeeperPlus checks what it reads against the receipt itself — and shows you the working.

CAPTURE ANYTHING
• Import commercial invoices as PDF or JPEG — multi-page supported
• Import straight from Files or iCloud Drive

• Split federal and provincial tax is summed from the receipt's own figures — never half-reported
• Single HST tucked into a fuel or product line is found even when printed in a separate column

I have been using KeeperPlus to manage my expenses, and the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is highly accurate, instantly capturing merchants, dates, and tax/HST amounts without constant manual tweaking!

My favorite features include the ability to import invoices directly from Gmail and pull in credit card PDFs. For tax season, the app is a massive time-saver. You can generate ZIP exports of all your receipt images for your CRA/IRS audits App Store. The smart duplicate detection is another brilliant touch—it automatically flags and deselects previously imported transactions.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and they recently introduced a lifetime premium option, which is great if you want to avoid recurring monthly subscriptions App Store. Highly recommended for anyone looking to ditch paper clutter and easily track their tax write-offs!
