I can’t add another kid - app crashes out. Deleted app but not data to reinstall and try to fix. Now I can’t get past “oops something’s wrong with your internet connection”. Nothing is wrong with internet. Now the day I had to work on this project is gone, and I can’t access what I’ve already uploaded because of an erroneous error message. Most frustrating app experience in a very long time. -- Maismae77, 2026-08-26 ### *---- "Fraud" This company has apparently gone under. No response from customer service or any platform assistance. All servers are down. No help is being offered for long-time customers. Do not purchase or use. -- ReviewerSQ6, 2026-07-27 ### *---- "Servers always busy" I am working on a refund because we have had Keepy for years, but in the past year we have rarely been able to upload. We receive an error message that says “server busy”. -- Ipad2118, 2026-03-21 ### *---- "Glitchy" Couldn’t even get past the profile creation page entering name, birthday etc because it kept freezing. Tried exiting/deleting and restarting but no luck. -- Lkirsten, 2026-03-15 ### *---- "Won’t let me add kids" I downloaded this app at the recommendation of other large homeschool moms but it doesn’t let me add any of my kids. I tried app support but that isn’t working either. -- MichaelKelsiMcGinley, 2026-03-10 ### *---- "Not working from the get go" Just downloaded, following steps to set up new account via email and it automatically populates “there was a problem connecting to keepy, please try again soon”. Despite full internet connection and access to data and no other standard troubleshooting issues, we’re unable to even get up and started. -- TSRTyler, 2025-08-19 ### *---- "Horrible" I’ve been paying for the premium service and have not been able to access in months. It says it can’t connect to the server. nO ONE responds to their customer service email. -- SamP7777, 2025-04-21 ### *---- "Terrible app, constant server busy error" I’ve had this app for many years, and that’s the only reason I’m sticking with it. Any time I try to add my kids’ artwork, I get the “server busy” error message and am unable to upload. When you try to send feedback, that link doesn’t work. I don’t understand why there’s not more about this sham out there for when I google it. -- ESam12609, 2025-04-14 ### *---- "Outdated Reviews-Broken App- NO App support!" I excitedly downloaded this app for my daughter who just started pre-k, but the app has not worked at all. I cannot add my child, I mean the buttons to put in the birthday literally don’t work and the app shut downs. Thoroughly disappointed. -- BattyMama97, 2025-02-05 ### *---- "Unable to Create an Account" I have tried a few times now to create an account. Each time it says “cannot connect to servers, please try again later”. Or something along those lines. I decided it’s not work the hassle and deleted the app. -- chyann26, 2025-01-27 [View all Keepy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Keepy In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Keepy Unlimited Monthly | $7.99 | | Keepy Unlimited | $29.99 | | Keepy Unlimited for Life | $99.99 | ## Keepy Discovered Keywords -
