WHAT IS KEGEL EXERCISE?

By doing these exercises regularly, individuals can potentially improve their overall pelvic floor health and potentially alleviate certain symptoms associated with weakened pelvic floor muscles, such ED & PE.

Kegel Training is a simple but effective way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. You can do these exercises anywhere, at any time, and they don't require any special equipment. To do a Kegel, simply squeeze the muscles in your pelvic floor as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then relax. You can do this several times in a row, and you can gradually increase the number of repetitions and the length of each contraction over time.
Kegel Training is a safe and effective way to improve your pelvic floor health. If you're not sure how to do Kegels correctly, you can talk to your doctor or a physical therapist.

The app has the ability to see the number of workouts completed, the time spent training and your current level. We also introduced the PF Muscles Power metric, which visualizes your progress. For each workout you will be credited with units of energy. To maximally train your PF muscles you need to accumulate 1320 units of energy.
In order to have complete access to the training program, you must subscribe. We provide various subscription options, and you are able to terminate your subscription at any time via your iTunes account settings. Refunds will not be issued for any remaining duration of the subscription that is unused. The payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. If offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
