The 7 day trial charged me R199.00, I thought the charge will only start after 7 days not immediately. What’s a free trial?

The app says 7-day free trial but the free trial you pay for. I downloaded app today and got card payment charge the same day. My 7-day trial is only supposed to end on 7 April with a free cancellation before then. This is the first time I’ve ever been charged for a free trial.

So I’m 12 and I downloaded this app for my baby brother on my iPad.I went into the game and it asked me to sign up so I said skip.Then I went to a white screen with music playing,I thought it was loading so I waited for it.After about 20 min it was still playing music and was dead frozen.None of the off buttons or volume buttons worked.My iPad isn’t even 7 months old so I knew it wasn’t my iPad. I tried to force restart it and it didn’t work.But is was unusual that it was playing music and ever time I touched the screen it made a sound.After about 20 or more tries to restart it.It finally worked.My iPad has NEVER done this before so it is not my iPad that is faulty. I feel that it should be safe to download games for BABIES! A baby game should not cause a virus like situation!!

Hi I subscribed this app for free trail for week I open the app I checked it I didn’t find anything new This app is just like all the other activity app Immediately i unsubscribe them and I emailed them and asked for refund Its been 3 days already they haven’t give me my money back or any reply So disappointed plz be careful with you money Plz refund my money

I canceled my subscription before end of trial but you guys are still trying to take money from my account and you try like two times on a daily basis. Please stop trying to take money from my account, I’m tired of having to switch my salary into my second account just because you guys will try and take my money.

Good day, I registered and bought the study material for $1. I did not get a subscription but a week later you tried to take a subscription fee. There is no subscription under my Apple subscriptions so why was there an attempt to take funds?

I subscribed for $1 to download once off material on the 20th as advertised and today 23rd $19.99 was taken from my paypal without my consent can you please refund me my money and l know very well I didn’t subscribe for renewal even in my active subscriptions this app wasn’t showing. Besides its only 3 days later its not even a week later renewal. Refund me or i will be all over social media telling everyone how you false advertise the auto renew without consent.

Registered for my child and paid the $1 for the study materials which were on discount, a week later R379 was deducted from my account and I didn’t subscribe for anything. The app is not even listed on my subscription list coz iPhone keeps tracks of all your payable subscription apps.

I did not sign up for any subscriptions but today you debited money out of my account. I cannot even access some of the games/ activities on the app they are locked now what am I paying for? Why did you take money out of my account ? . I was not even informed by email if I had a subscription. I looked through my Apple ID if I had any subscriptions and there is none. The last time I payed was when I downloaded the app and it ended there now why are you taking money out of my account without my knowledge?. What am I paying for?
