When I applied for the card I did not know I was signing for insurance, Jeremy and I did not discuss this insurance or it’s terms and conditions. I had used the card and was going to pay the balance but, $13.74 had been added to the charge. I emailed for an explanation for this charge and “Paige” emailed back with the fact that I had signed for that insurance, and she was right! I tried to get Jeremy on the phone that day to discuss the matter, left a message, with no return response. To Paige I responded that it had served me right for not reading all that I signed for, an will be more weary that what I ask for might have something that I didn’t want, like insurance! I transferred from a previous bank that was charging for basic everything, I decided to give Kemba another chance that cost $13.74 more and maybe even more if my cancellation isn’t fast enough. The only thing I hate is the overdraft fee I wish they didn’t charge you 27 every time you overdraft ur card in one day. Like I can see paying an overdraft fee for every day like say like if I use my card 3 times on Monday just charge me 27 for that day not charge me 27 every transaction. Because sometimes I might don’t have change for lunch and I might go to McDonald’s and get a cheeseburger and fries for 4 dollars I shouldn’t have to pay 27 dollars on top of that -- Lil Baltimore, 2026-04-08 ### ***-- "Check deposit from mobile phone" It is so sensitive it’s harder to get pictures.
