Worked well for 3 days then error no recording no play back a scam can’t get in touch as they say my email is not recognised but was fine when they too a year’s subscription don’t fall for this scam

Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: RA-Cyclic 30 day, use 6 month(6 months);RA-Cyclic 30 day, use 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Kement" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

APP doesn’t work
The app was working perfectly fine, then all of sudden it just stops working. I’ve deleted the app numerous of times and it keeps saying it doesn’t recognise any of my details. I can’t set up a new account. The customer service doesn’t work

Cameras don’t connect all the time, says offline £69.99 a year cloud storage! Free trial allows only one camera it’s all a big scam and very unaffordable Picture quality good but charges and clauses arnt
