## Kemo Pro Description

Automatic Subscription Instructions:
1. Service name: Cyclic 15 day, use 1 month(1 month);R-cycle 30 day,service 6 month(6 months);R-cycle 30 day, service 1 year(1 year)
2. Price: continuous package for 1 month product is $3.99, continuous package for 6 months product is $28.99, continuous package for 1 year product is $29.99
3. For an account that purchases an automatic subscription service, we will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours from your iTunes account before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.
4. If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually open the Apple phone "Settings"-->Enter "iTunes Store & App Store"-->Click "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click "Subscribe", select "Aiwit" to cancel the subscription. If you do not close the automatic subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be deemed that you have agreed to continue the authorization, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I’ve had it a few years now, good quality camera and ok after a while you have to pay to store your videos, but it’s not expensive, less than €30 per year for 30 day access. It does require charging more often than I’d like but it’s good for the price of the main doorbell.

Bought the bell , which working perfect, however i also bought a subscription for the year, subscription never started, everytime when i try to see whats happened (door bell, who was at the the door) the app constantly prompt about subscription, looks like i never paid, contact with app developer - IMPOSSIBLE , they never respond , NEVER, so i paid money , i dont have a subscription , money lost , never again deal with this company.

I bought the annual subscription for €28.99 in November 2022 to get cloud space to see videos or callers to the door again. The service was never enabled. Customer service email was never answered. Customer service chat via the app never responded. Don‘t buy this product. Do not buy this service. Stay away from this company.

I bought a video doorbell from Amazon that advertised FREE CLOUD STORAGE FOR LIFE using this app. This worked perfectly for the last two years but now they are forcing you to subscribe to view any recorded videos. I have already opened a complaint with Amazon and hope Apple will look into this scam app too. This product is still being sold and advertised as having free cloud storage which is a complete lie.

Have the eken V7 doorbell. Supposed to be free previous 7 day review of storage for life.
Beyond the 7 days there was a required subscription.  
Reason I purchased their product. 
Now I am being asked for a subscription to view even these previous 7 days. 
Not going to bother will either add a camera  to my existing cctv system to cover the entry way or try to have the doorbell connect to the system. 
Either way I DO NOT RECOMEND purchasing any device that depends on this app unless you are prepared to pay a subscription. 
Also from reading other reviews online it appears that while they claim to have a customer service even on Amazon the reviews are saying there is no response.
