Can’t even add my license to the app. It won’t stabilize the photo, keeps calling it blurry or not close enough and then once you finally get the front to scan your supposed to flip it over and go through the same mess to get the back to scan and once you think it’s finally scanning it fails and you have to start over only for it to screw up all 3 times and then you get kicked because of the security placed on the app. App is a joke and doesn’t work correctly from the start. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF AN APP! I didn’t have any issues during the setup process. My ID scanned fine. The selfie verification process was a little confusing, but got it on the second try. Think of it like the first time you set up Face ID. You have to move your head, not the phone. It will appear blurry on the screen. I am not sure the reason for all the 1 star reviews. I am running the latest OS with a iPhone 17 pro and haven’t had any snags. Only feedback I would have for the BA or Dev team - from a UX/UI standpoint it would be nice to have my birthday on the main screen instead of having to drill down to the profile information.
