I downloaded the Jan 2026 app, and now I can no longer access traffic on my unit. Their system somehow things I’m a new user and won’t access my registration. Kenwood support threw up their hands and referred me to Inrix, who has been unresponsive for many weeks. There is no way to stop this. You need to exit the app after spoon feeding it into every time. It also never remembers your account so you have to keep signing in. It’s not worth it for the garmin traffic. This has never worked properly since I bought my car back in 2017 Shame on them, I will never put a KENWOOD radio in a car again.
