## Kept Description
Every promise you keep to yourself builds confidence. Kept is a simple daily journal that helps you make small promises, follow through, and celebrate your progress.

This isn't a to-do list. It's a place for promises you make to yourself — small things that matter, small wins that count.

HOW IT WORKS:

- Make a promise each morning — something small and meaningful
- Check in throughout your day to log progress
- Reflect each evening with gratitude and honest self-review
- Earn reward points as you follow through
- Watch your confidence grow over time

FEATURES:

- Morning encouragement and evening gratitude quotes
- Daily promise tracking with effort levels
- Milestone promises for bigger goals
- Personal reward system tied to your effort
- Beautiful sunrise and sunset backgrounds
- Daily streak tracking
- Gentle morning and evening reminders
- 100% private — all data stays on your device

Kept is designed for people who want to strengthen the most important trust there is — the trust you have in yourself.
Two minutes a day is all it takes.
