I have paid for this App and whenever I try to access the app it turns my phone off. I have emailed and would like a full refund please. Please advise who should I contact ?

The app is so inefficient, can’t open, it’s loading endless, very disappointing

Charged 152aed but the app is not working at ALL! Fix your app OR Give my money back! Shutting off my phone whenever I try to open the app.

Downloaded the app - each tab appears empty - no recipe’s, no information, no content 🤷🏼♀️

Free trial is fake. Immediately charged. Not recommended!

Rip off. Slooooowww and REALLY expensive.
Absolute rip off. I didn’t read the fine print and realise it renews weekly! I checked my purchase history and was double billed on occasions too. Utter crap - it’s not exactly like you get an abundance of help or recipes either. 935AED/£186 per year for a bloody cookbook!! What a joke and also furious with myself.
