SCAN, SNAP, OR SAY IT
Tracking should not slow you down. Scan a barcode in seconds. Take a photo and let AI sort the macros for you. Or speak the meal out loud. Three ways to log a meal, all built for real life.

Filter by net carbs, prep time, calorie counts, or cuisine. Every recipe ships with verified net carbs, protein, fat, and calories, plus a one tap shopping list and hands free Cooking Mode.

INTERMITTENT FASTING, BUILT IN
Set a 16:8, 20:4, OMAD, or custom window and watch the timer roll through Fed, Transition, Fat Burn, Ketosis, and Autophagy. No second app, no extra subscription. See how many other Keto Kit members are fasting alongside you right now.

LEARN AS YOU GO
The Keto Compass walks you through your first seven days. The Keto Academy adds 30+ illustrated lessons covering ketosis, electrolytes, hidden carbs, label reading, fat adaptation, and plateaus.

## Keto Kit Reviews in United States

### *---- "Log in / Password Re-set"
I would love to log back into my account someday but I can't remember my password. There is no "forgot password" prompt for me to reset my password. Many attempts have failed. What's a Keto man to do. Chat support through the app kept displaying an error message.
-- The Blue Impala, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Waste of money!"
Only left 1 star because I had to. Literally cannot set up macros because Google Adds cover the button. Tried multiple times to reach tech support to no avail.
-- Wopnessmonster, 2024-07-20

### *---- "Google ads block login"
Google ads cover the login button at the bottom of the app. If you pay for subscription and are signed out at any point, you are effectively losing money because you can no longer log in to use the premium service.
-- No name nananana, 2024-07-01

### ****- "I wish we could print from the app"
I only have 4 stars because I’m old school and love to print recipes that I use often. My husband found the app when I started to eat low carb to control blood sugars. It would definitely be 5 star if I could print.
-- Applejax245I, 2024-03-16

### **--- "Can’t use app to count macros"
I downloaded the app and I couldn’t use the set up your macro section you can’t see where the information is to enter and I change the zoom settings on text size etc. do you have any advice
-- DrkMsiah, 2024-02-15

### *---- "Poorly written and pop up ads"
Don’t waste your time. Pop ups galore even after premium subscription. Notes unreadable due to formatting errors.
-- stillZeke, 2024-01-13

### ****- "Great site"
This is one of the best site’s to find Keto recipes. Love this site
-- zx cv nn, 2023-06-12

### ***** "Much easier"

-- Amieje, 2022-08-19

### ***** "Awesome app"
This app is awesome there’s desserts that are keto lunch dinners breakfast snacks condiments drinks you name it there’s tons of each so you don’t have to run out this app is amazing you need this one you don’t have to pay for anything
