## Kettle Description
Kettle is the workout tracker that keeps up with you. Log sets by chatting with Lucia, your AI coach, see exactly which muscles you've trained, and build routines that balance strength, recovery and progress — all in one beautifully simple app.

Log workouts just by talking
Skip the menus. Tell Lucia "25kg for 7 reps" and it's logged. Ask her to start a Push Day, swap an exercise or wrap up your session — your hands stay on the bar, not the screen.

A live muscle heatmap
See your training at a glance. Lucia colour-codes every muscle group — overtrained, optimal, undertrained — over 7, 14 or 30 days, so you always know what to hit next.

880+ exercises, fully filterable
Browse a complete movement library with filters for level, equipment and movement pattern. Beginner-friendly alternatives for every machine, bodyweight swaps for every home session.

Templates and plans that stick
Save your go-to Push / Pull / Leg days as templates, build longer plans and repeat any session in a tap. Every workout is remembered — volume, weight, time.

Live session tracking
Start a workout, log sets in real time, time your rests and review everything in one clean timeline whenever you like.

Who it's for
Lifters, home trainers and anyone tired of clunky fitness apps. Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or a new squat PR, Kettle adapts to how you train.

Private by design
Your data is yours. No social feeds, no noise — just your training.

Download Kettle and make every session count.
