Super impressed with what this kettlebell program and app offers. I love how the sessions are laid out. The videos make it even easier to execute the movements properly.
Transitioning from traditional weight lifting to kettlebell training has been a game changer. I’m glad I stumbled upon Adriell’s YouTube channel!
Best routines on any app
I’ve tried a lot of apps to mix up my workouts…none have made me feel fit like this one does. Some videos don’t pop up and others aren’t edited to show the exact flow of the exercise clearly…also would like a specific order/sequence to follow when finishing one routine and wanting to I’ve to another BUT! those are minor complaints and easy fixes. Love the app and the workouts.
The best KETTLEBELL workout app
This app is awesome because it doesn’t interrupt music, has an extensive library for both mobility and hundreds of kettlebell movements. I like that the app lets me track and save my workouts. A must have for anyone who works out at home with kettlebells or in a gym
IAH Reveiw
This review is pertinent to both the app itself and the content offered therein.
First the app. The app is solid, and offers a relatively bug-free method by which you can access Adriell Mayes’ content. I have multiple of his programs and can easily swap and jump between them.
I have done roughly 30 different KB programs, and I ALWAYS come back right these. They are simply the best possible programs for actually gaining strength and muscle via kettlebell training. If you’re coming from bodybuilding, the programming should look familiar in format.
Great app with one addition that would elevate it
This is a tremendous app for kettlebell workouts. I’ve already recommended the app to several people at the gym and they love it as well. The programs are designed well and the exercise library is great to try out some addditional exercises outside of the program you’re currently working on. One aspect that I would love to see is the ability to favorite certain exercises from the exercise library for easier access in the future, possibly placing the favorite exercises in the profile section of the app. Overall, i’m very pleased with the app as a whole and am excited to continue my kettlebell journey with this app.
In app videos don’t work
I’m not sure if this is for the particular workout plan I purchased, but the in app videos don’t work for my workout plan. Any chance this could be fixed soon?
Some points to work on
So for 29.99 a month you get an exceptional amount of workouts and programs to follow along with, and the option to buy his premium programs and probably have those integrated with the app. The videos are also great as well. However, I have a few suggestions to make the app even better. One: Allowing the input of the kettlebell weight you are working with and having a history of that so you can track that progression. Two: the recommended beginner weights at least for each exercise, and/or including the tiers of weights you should be at for intermediate and advanced users, or even putting a recommended RPE per set somewhere would help too. Perhaps I haven't used it long enough to see why that would be a good or bad idea but after using multiple apps and programs that at least seems to be common between all of them. (Using Volt, Jeff Nippard, Tactical Barbell, Enter the Kettlebell, and much more as reference) And three: Putting in coaching cues to help bring in the points we cant see through just video.
Exceptional content packaged in an easy to use app
I’ve purchased kettlebell programs from Dre prior to the app being live, and the biggest pain was flipping between program PDFs and YouTube tutorials. Now that all that content is packaged into the app, plus added workout tracking and other goodies, it’s easier now than ever to get working. Great to see that IAH takes user feedback into consideration when developing their tools/programs, Thank you!
