Kettlebell workout app

Have been using their Tabata and Suspension app. Love them

Basic and efficient

Zero fluff just the exercises, no ads no junk. Easy to navigate app easy to edit exercises once you pay the one time fee Statistical tracking based on muscle groups Exercises, organized by muscle groups with a large variety of kettle bell plus bodyweight movement exercises.

First time user

Kettlebell Standard seems to be a really good app. Have 4 options depending on level of fitness. Also when doing exercises, gives you a 4 second countdown before starting the exercise. Very nice!
