“Something went wrong. Couldn't verify the app's version. Please try again later. Close application” Is the message I get as soon as I open the app and I just got the k cafe smart . I’m on the latest version of iOS. I’ve signed in and out of the App Store. I’ve shut down the phone and turned it back on, not a restart. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.

Exceedingly Poor
Lost WiFi connection, now can't reconnect (took forever first time) why can't you hire some programmers who know what they are doing. I don't have hours to troubleshoot your exceedingly poor app. Why can't programmers write an non-terse error message that has a hyperlink to more detail. In 2024 I should not have to Google to fix a coffee maker. Forget AI, this is what we get.
Never updated
I paid a premium price for a smart brewer that seldom connects and isn’t updated. I signed o for smart delivery but it is useless since the system never works. Died right before the one year warranty, lucky to get a replacement, but beware.
It hasn’t worked in months…
Every time I try to open it, it says “can’t verify the app’s version. Try again later.”
App Won’t Open
Installed and deleted…reinstalled and deleted…then, once again reinstalled this app and it just won’t open. I have to use Keurig.com for everything I need. The website works, but even it is pretty slow. It surprises me that Keurig doesn’t have a more efficient, streamlined website and app. I would assume the company is highly successful, since everywhere I go there seems to be some make/model of Keurig available! People I know love the Keurig. I’m loving having a Keurig, but they really NEED to do something about improving their website and app. I mean, I haven’t actually been able to use the app, but the fact that I can’t does seem to indicate the app needs improvement! *(sarcasm intended)
