## Keurig Reviews in United States

### *---- "Lots of technical glitches with the connection."
Don’t rely on the connection or the app to work properly.
-- Sac news reader, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Auto delivery is a DISASTER"
For months now the smart delivery is not working properly. Editing the delivery is an absolute nightmare with rolling loading screens. I feel like it brings up the website, which is already not friendly on the iPhone. Every time I want to manage my order or edit I’m better off jumping on my computer. It’s rough.
-- Jmunoz87, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Connecting a smart brewer"
I got a new keurig for Christmas and we are unable to connect using the app, the keurig works fine but this feature is terrible on the app
-- Hintuation, 2024-12-28

### ***** "Connecting"
Connect easily
-- MomonNova, 2024-12-25

### *---- "WiFi"
After multiple tries and even factory resetting the brewer, the app with not connect to my brewer. It takes multiple tries to get past the “brewer” icon on set up but then says lost connect try again. Please fix. Very disappointed, I paid a lot of money for this brewer mainly for this function. I could’ve got a cheaper one that didn’t have the WiFi ability.
-- BoHawxRN, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Junk to say the least"
Will not connect to the brewer after 20+ attempts and resetting everything.
-- ickmule, 2024-12-22

### ***-- "Bug"
The app has not worked for over a week. When you click on shop and then coffee or anything else, the app says something went wrong. You can not do anything in the app currently.
-- Triathletemike, 2024-12-22

### ***** "Professional"
Efficient
-- ndaba61, 2024-12-17

### *---- "Password?"
The app loads fine and seems intuitive but connecting the Keurig smart coffee maker is impossible without a password which is not provided.
-- BlackHillsKen, 2024-12-17

### ***** "First time"
Just got my first Keurig and was excited to use it After struggling with my WiFi password it was easy But I’m very disappointed there was not a single pod included!
