-- Abo manea375, 2024-08-22

### *---- "very bad"

I had a very bad experience with the staff at Abha Airport when using the Al-Miftah app. After waiting for two and a half hours, I was not given the car even though I had paid the full amount in advance. A full day was deducted from the rental value because there were only eight days left until my license expired, while my booking was only for three days. This required period for the license expiration was not clarified on the website.

The Al-Miftah app failed to provide the required service, and the behavior of the staff and customer service was very disappointing.

-- Ro7y_9060, 2024-08-10

### *---- "THE APP DOESN’T EVEN FUNCTION WELL."
I’ve been trying to pay and make a booking in this app for consecutive days but the transaction never pushes through, wether you use you MADA, VISA, MASTERCARD, or APPLE PAY
