This is still the absolutely worst app on the App Store. Apple should not allow this junk to still be listed.

Key Navigator is terrible software

Absolutely terrible app. I am not sure if it even deserves one star. Depositing multiple checks is the worse. What a dumb way to do it. This should be easy but it is not. The screen rotation will mess with the auto capture. The developer must have some strange way of thinking. Tip: the user needs to be guided through the process not guessing the next step and trying to find it on the screen. This is not a game of The Room.

Best recommendation, would be to find a different bank. Relay is a good option, they tend to understand technology. If you’re forced to use this by your company, you have a lot of sympathy. Don’t call the 800 number, they won’t help.

Constantly crashes. Thinking of closing my account because the app is always down.

This app is horrible! It will scan the front of the check and then tell me it can’t find the endorsement in the back of the check. I have started using a black sharpie and signing almost half of the check, it sometimes goes through like that, but not today when I am in a hurry. Closest branch is 5 hours away so I might get there before I can get the app to work!!

The app never allows me to get past a verification question, even once I answer the question correctly. There’s some bugs that clearly need to be worked out. My assistance can works here’s but it too came with a bit of drama initially. Please fix.

Every day I try to use this app it gives me a login error. I have to remove the app, reboot my phone and then reinstall it to get it to work. And Key Bank charges me for this privilege.

This application fails repeatedly. It is very unreliable at a time when the ability to make online deposits is so important. I’ve been a bank customer for over 25 years. I am wondering if other banks do remote deposits efficiently and reliably.

Constantly have to re-download. Constantly crashes. Constant problems with login information. Total garbage. Utterly inconvenient.
