Although this app allows for you to do many of things such as build a single layer house or add furniture, pools decoration, cars, different decor of that nature, there are still a few shortfalls that hinder the app from being great. One and may be the most important one of them all is that you can not design a two-story home.
Just moved into a new home, with the help of this app I knew exactly where things were going to go before I moved in. I was also able to get rid of a few pieces that weren’t going to fit anywhere rather than moving them and having to get rid of them after. Right now I’m thinking of remodeling the kitchen and have used it for that. I love how you can pick an item and adjust the size, it makes planning so easy.
Like a number of other reviewers, I paid for the full version years ago and no longer have access to those features. It appears they created two separate apps on the App Store (full and free). Those of us that paid previously were not given access to the new full version. When I try to download the features from within the free version, it just errors out. I contacted customer support multiple times. Bizarrely when they did respond they tried to pretend that they were forwarding a response they had already sent me…and acted as if it must have gone to my spam folder (even though this email came through no problem and there was nothing in my junk folder from them). In their response they suggested I contact Apple and tell them I bought the wrong app and to ask for a refund. Huh? Even if Apple would refund me for an app I bought six years ago, because I “bought the wrong one”, I don’t even have access to the full version to request a refund. It’s not a ton of money but it still stinks that I paid and can’t use those features. It could be a useful app.
Please add a option to make basements also, I would appreciate it if you would add built in shelves. It would be very helpful. Other than that the game is great, thank you for your time.
I use this app to make a floor plan for my apartment before I move so I can decide where I want the furniture and don’t need to move it multiple times. I don’t use it often so I kind of have to relearn it each time, but it is not hard to use. I wish I could mark outlets and light switches and cable locations and could figure out how to make the doors open from the opposite side, but for my purposes it works well enough.
Sometimes I can make a single line, but most times no buttons work at all.
Easy to get used to after a little bit of messing around.
Love it, just doing basic stuff is fine, gives you a great idea of what to do and see how much room you have, need to offer little more things, I would recommend doing layout
Does not work. Says 68% loading and never works. I want my money back.
The app stopped working. Customer service took care of it within a couple of hours. I love the app. Missing the possibility to add a second story though or to do landscape design.
