Sounds like the company has financial issues as it shouldn’t take this long to get it working again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. -- Dillo78, 2024-03-16 ### *---- "Don’t do it" Do not use this app as a coach, it’s impossible to cancel subscription as there is no customer service anymore. -- AndreaDalton, 2024-01-09 ### *---- "Terrible customer support" Have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now with no communication after almost daily requests, they still charge me and are very unhelpful & non responsive. -- Stonefit11709, 2023-08-27 ### **--- "Needs so much improvement" I’m only using this app as it’s what my coach uses to track my nutrition. I don’t use the fitness side of the app. You can’t edit recipes after they’ve been added into the system. It takes ages to load your own custom meals. It glitches and sometimes deletes the wrong entry instead of the entry you’re trying to delete. I’ve used MyFitness pal premium and the basic before and both of these versions are way better than the KeyStone app. -- AshleaSh, 2023-04-26 ### *---- "Average at best" There are so many better apps than this. It often will not track your progress properly. The food options are limited. The training sessions are often confusing and hard to follow. There are no options to send you coach photos through the messaging section. Needs a lot of improvement. -- W3ZBURROWS, 2022-08-14 ### *---- "Doesn’t sync with anything" My trainer changed to this platform so I am required to use it. I had to spend hours building meals that I already had in myfitness pal, it doesn't recognise 50% of barcodes I scan, and it doesnt sync to my apple watch. Ive only been using it for a week but Im already beyond frustrated and considering just asking my trainer to email me my exercise program each week. -- AdsyMadsy, 2021-11-24 ### *---- "Terrible customer support" I was using this platform for my clients nutrition and training plans. They have always been very prompt with support messages but that has changed in recent months. I began emailing them with issues I’ve had (unable to get in to my account) for three months. It took them 8 weeks to reply to my emails and each reply since then is taking 1-2 weeks. My issue still isn’t resolved and it’s effected my business. -- Up your support, 2021-08-01 ### **--- "Ok but needs improvements" You need to do some user testing on this to find out the issues... - it’s pretty slow to load when searching food and foods don’t always come up when you’ve typed them exactly correct (basic vegetables such as cauliflower) - the new date picker is annoying, it makes me have to go and check the date rather than being able to see the day on the calendar and use a one tap interaction. - looks like you just keep tacking things on when needed and not thinking about the whole experience - I can’t just copy one meal or select a meal I’ve entered to make it a recipe or ‘custom’ I have to go into those sections and re enter it. I could go on for a while but they are the main things. -- Koroit01, 2021-02-04 ### ***-- "Good but could be better" Good app, for online coaching and management of food and workouts. Integration with Apple HealthKit would make this app excellent!! -- Bellend08, 2020-04-05 ### ***** "Great app for coaches and clients" Awesome support and the app is improving all the time with new features and integration. -- IT_Geek, 2019-10-18 [View all Keystone Health & Fitness reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Keystone Health & Fitness - [LaurenSimpsonFitness](https://apptail.io/app/laurensimpsonfitness-zav/australia) - [equ app](https://apptail.io/app/equ-app-qMK/australia) - [FITSTOP](https://apptail.io/app/fitstop-ydM/australia) - [HBF Health](https://apptail.io/app/hbf-health-rlub/australia) - [PLC](https://apptail.io/app/plc-Whcc/australia) - [BFT Performance](https://apptail.io/app/bft-performance-Zhcc/australia) - [Best Body](https://apptail.io/app/best-body-DLkc/australia) - [SKG Patient](https://apptail.io/app/skg-patient-UBLc/australia) - [Dial-A-Doctor](https://apptail.io/app/dial-a-doctor-Ebnf/australia) - [Club One The Esplanade](https://apptail.io/app/club-one-the-esplanade-kLzi/australia) ## Keystone Health & Fitness Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/australia) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/canada) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/russia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/ukraine) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/india) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/mexico) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/new-zealand) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/singapore) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/south-africa) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/switzerland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/keystone-health-fitness-DZbc/israel) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
