Keystone brings clarity and control to your group's finances. Perfect for student clubs, project teams, small businesses, and even roommates, Keystone simplifies everything from budget planning to final payment. Stop managing finances and start leading. With Keystone, you can spend less time on paperwork and more time on what matters. Key Features: FLEXIBLE HIERARCHICAL BUDGETS: Create main budgets for your organization and allow leaders to create nested sub-categories for their specific committees or events. Track spending in real-time at every level to ensure you never go over budget. PRECISE, ROLE-BASED PERMISSIONS: Delegate with confidence by inviting members as Admins (full control), Reviewers (manage specific budgets), or Submitters (submit expenses). You can grant a Reviewer control over a single category, and they will automatically have the same permissions for all of its sub-categories. CUSTOMIZABLE APPROVAL WORKFLOWS: Design a clear approval chain that fits your team's structure. Automatically route an expense from a team member to their manager for a first look, then to the treasurer for final sign-off. Admins always retain the power to override decisions for ultimate control. FRICTIONLESS GUEST SUBMISSIONS: Need a reimbursement from a guest speaker or a one-time contractor? Send them a secure, shareable link to submit their expenses and receipts. No app download or account creation is required on their part. COMPLETE AUDIT TRAIL: Never wonder about the status of a payment again. A crucial, immutable history shows every approval, note, and status change for each expense, providing a vital tool for accountability. AI-POWERED RECEIPT SCANNING: Snap a photo of a receipt, and let Keystone's AI automatically extract line-item details and totals. This minimizes manual data entry and saves everyone time. Download Keystone today and bring sanity to your shared expenses! ## Keystone Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e9/e4/90/e9e49088-89df-046b-67ba-ec03585b4eb4/dashboard.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/69/87/fb/6987fb3c-4cf8-f28c-fdad-600bc5757ac3/approvalhistory.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/c9/71/68/c97168bf-ca51-935a-0ea9-a1207d12fb8c/categorydetail.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/0f/45/13/0f4513f2-57bf-41a9-a751-765b264b26b9/shareperms.png/1320x2868.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/0e/06/c5/0e06c5a2-cdab-deb1-4962-eb39dcc1f816/expensedetail.png/1320x2868.png) ## Keystone Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 6 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Keystone Reviews in United States ### ***** "This App Changed My Life" Before Keystone I was broke, disorganized, and lame.
