## KF Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "Rewards Account"
This like the 3rd time I’ve had to create a new account because you keep changing the reward system. Honestly a scam
-- shift123, 2026-01-25

### **--- "What are you doing with your app?"
Used app for last 3 years..Then for 2026 you threw me out???Now I do not have the app anywhere including my App Library!!!?
Can you make it right? Made purchase today 1/23/2026
Thank you Baller 10.5
-- Baller 10.5, 2026-01-23

### *---- "Bad service three times in a row"
This is the third online order I have placed only to get there and what I ordered online is out of stock and has been replaced with “something similar” without asking me first to see if I want the replacement. Kolache Factory needs a better inventory system for online ordering. Also, I don’t like that there is nowhere in the actual app to leave a review.
-- Schryl, 2025-11-10

### *---- "App Issues"
I keep getting Paytronics error codes in the app. ??? Can’t even use the app anymore so all credits accrued are now useless.
-- Eric9823, 2025-09-16

### ***** "Outstanding"
Good atmosphere and the food is always fresh and cooked to perfection.
-- shveta's music, 2025-09-05

### ***** "Best store"
I’ve been eating breakfast almost everyday at the spring green store in Katy. The staff is amazing and the kolaches are better here than any store around
-- JaniceFMueller, 2025-08-25

### ***** "Kim Sarkar"
This place is so kind and helpful. They are always polite and accommodating. The kolaches and coffee drinks are a delightful! ♥️
-- Kimmie Sue Sarkar, 2025-08-04

### **--- "Skip The App, Eternally Frustrating"
Invalid token, inability to add credit cards that are perfectly fine, accounts that are mixed up with other people … the rewards system seems to be a mess too. When I check in, in the store, they have different name and phone number for me. I correct it in the app and it’s good for a short period of time and it gets changed back. Things are a mess right now, hopefully one day they get it sorted out. Skip the app for now.
-- DaRQue02, 2025-07-25

### ****- "Excellent service"
The flavors were all excellent. The only thing we noticed was that the bread was more doughy and dense than before. Very efficient, great customer service.
-- Geri P 25, 2025-06-20

### ****- "Drinks?"
I like the app but there is no drinks unless you’d like a huge party size coffee for your office staff.
