I had a terrible experience with KFC recently. The chicken I received was cold and not properly fried, which completely ruined the meal. To make matters worse, the app doesn’t have a review option, so I had to use the support feature to share my feedback, but no one bothered to respond. Even the in-store experience was poor, as the employees seemed uninterested and didn’t care about providing good service. This lack of quality and attention to customers is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
