Poor app experience
Order shows a delivered even before the order has been delivered which is a know technical issue for quite some time as confirmed by support executive

I wish I could give 0 stars if there was an option. I’m waiting for the customer support person to pick the call from past 2 hours. To enquire about my payment issue.
The worst app ever
I ordered food at 8:30 and they said my food will be here by 9:22 I waited till 9:50 and then I tried calling customer care, and they didn’t pick up then I got a message on WhatsApp saying “we hope you enjoy your meal.” And it’s the next day I still haven’t received anything. What is this behaviour? This is unacceptable. They haven’t even given us the delivery boys name or number. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the worst behaviour ever. I am never ordering from this app, and I recommend nobody should download this app. This just wasted my time and I was so hungry the whole night only. I know how I survived.

other food delivery apps come to delivery on my area all the time, and i even order kfc through those apps but why can't i do the same with kfc app???
Horrible food delivery app
The worst food delivery app that I have seen to date.The helpline is of no help. Surprised to see this app rated a 4.6 on the App Store.
Worst app
This app is literally of the worst app. You can say this is under the worst. Sometimes the order shows as cancelled but we get the delivery after an hour. We don’t know it will be delivered or it was cancelled. If we try connecting to customer care then it will say the lines are busy. This happened to me 3 times. Today also i am ordering but the order got scheduled to 9.30 pm when i am ordering at 5.30 pm. It didn’t give option to select any other time. Sometimes it will show “Asap” but now it auto assigned itself the time and now i have to wait 4 hours so that the product is out of delivery and it takes another 30 to 40 minutes to reach my home. This is worst than a layover at airport. Either fix this app or totally remove it from the app store.
