Bad quality
The food quality is not that great compared to abroad or some other Indian outlets
Order not reflecting in app after placing order and payment made
I ordered food 3 days ago by using this app and paid by gpay but there was no order reflecting in order history. I called the nearest store and they said no order received and said I will get my refund in 7 days. I have ordered so many times earlier but after this issue I will not use the app.Don’t use the app my personal advise.
Worst,don’t trust
Don’t trust this app , my order got cancell but didn’t refund money still now .if we connect coustmer care they will not take it seriously its already been 1month still i have not received yet
Worst food delivery app
This is the worst food delivery app. You cannot choose a store. If an item is not available in one store, it won’t let you pick another store which has that item. If the nearby store just closed, they don’t change the store automatically to the next nearby open store. Sometimes the app redirections are weird and you’re stuck in a loop. Form does not work at times where I’m clicking on dropdown and it won’t show any option, clicking on date and it won’t let me pick a date. A lot of dead clicks. This is the worst food delivery app.

I would like to raise a complaint against kfc vajra gangtok its been three times i am facing problem i have order kfc i did online payment as there was no cod my money was deducted i did not got my kfc after going there they said my money has refunded but i had not got the money i show them my passbook and all there was no refund after complaining and all I got my order again same thing happened money is deducted no kfc delivered this is really annoying look into the matter its request to concern team of kfc vajra Gangtok this is really annoying and not acceptable at all

Nanakramguda, Kapil towers I placed epic feast order and they delivered only part and don’t respond, these are cheats with global name
