It ended up taking a whole hour. The driver forgot my food -- Moroni Tembo, 2025-07-30 ### *---- "Terrible service- te" The delivery time on the app is apparently only an “estimation”. The prices in store and on the app are different. Yeah no; hungry lion is starting to look better at this point. -- Trashy-trash scopely, 2025-07-11 ### *---- "Bad Delivery Tracking" Making Tracking an Order easy!!! It’s so bad the page for tracking an order just goes missing. -- meganegs, 2025-06-23 ### ***** "Best fast food in Namibia" Sooo good the chips and chicken are the BEST part -- The first best coloring game, 2025-05-16 ### *---- "Order" Stale buns, wrong order and no communication on availability -- Shakira444, 2025-01-20 ### ***** "KFC chicken" Your chicken is always delicious. Thank you. Madely -- mjv501, 2024-10-21 ### *---- "Slow, not user friendly" An hour later and still waiting. no way to track order. whatsapp number doesn’t work. -- Gaby[][][], 2024-10-15 ### *---- "SCAM DO NOT" Two times, worst ever food app in the country. Prepare for waiting 1:30 hrs minimum at most Prepare for wrong orders and lies with pathetic customer service Useless automated emails asking for your experience Left comments on IG left them a dm, no care in the world I’ll expose this scam and I’ll do it with every cent of mine if I have too -- 2woPhone, 2024-10-14 ### *---- "General feedback" Not all the food options are there yet like box master.Luckily the lady at klein Windhoek “AL” were supper nice and helped us so kindly. We also tried to whatsapp the problem but could not managed to actually get an answer except automated responses -- Vlermuisie, 2023-11-30 ### *---- "False advertising, useless service and untrained staff" I went pick up my order, I had to wait over 30min while they try to find my order. They eventually printed out the email and then they couldn’t get it on the pos system because the prices online are not loaded or whatever. I ordered the 6 pieces with chips and didn’t get the chips because I didn’t want to top up. The order clearly states 6 pieces with chip $89.00 not some $120.00 for chips. Get you people training on the online order or just abandon it, you all clearly don’t know what you’re doing. Further more as a customer service rule, if the product is wrong priced you give it to the customer as advertised or priced. Useless service! Stay in the stone age’s because technology is really not for you. -- IyalooN101, 2023-11-14 [View all KFC Namibia reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## KFC Namibia Available In - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/kfc-namibia-NYdn/namibia) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/kfc-namibia-NYdn/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
