Bij mij werkte het prima. Mooie coupon, bijna halve prijs, direct via app besteld en betaald, en kwam meteen in het restaurant op het bord en werd binnen een paar minuten geleverd.

Via de app bestellen zodat ik meteen door kan naar de trein, klinkt handig. Blijkt eenmaal daar dat je beter gewoon daar kunt bestellen, er liepen tenslotte meerdere mensen weg met hun bestelling, die ze gedaan hadden toen ik al enige tijd aan het wachten was. Uiteindelijk zelf maar gaan vragen, dan is het er ineens wel binnen een paar minuten. En dan alsnog de verkeerde dingen meegeven. Alsof kfc het expres doet, er is altijd wel wat…

The app works pretty good I downloaded today in lunch break. Created an account Ordered and paid online, picked up in 10 mins. Was all ready waiting for me. Super smooth.

I almost didn’t download because of the bad reviews. 
Don’t judge the app based on your local Kentucky. Doesn’t make sense. My local Kentucky is friking good and I know if I order in sat night or when there’s a football match on is gonna be chaos. Like all popular food places.
 
The app has nothing to do with that.

Anyways, love the VEGGIE chicken items. If the veggie chicken crust was more real this would be the best chain of restaurants. Keep improving pls 💚🍃

Also the chance of adding multiple discount coupons to a order would be great!

Enorm slechte app, ik wilde kijken of ik hier het menu op kon zien omdat jullie website het ook al niet doet kwa menu (blijft de hele tijd herladen), maar er is geen menu te vinden in de app, wat zijn jullie in godsnaam allemaal aan het doen, uit je neus aan het vreten? Maak is een keer wat goeds man, lijkt wel alsof de kfc alleen maar meer berg afwaarts gaat… ohja breng de tower burger terug die was goddelijk.

Simply doesnt work. The machines wont recognize the QRs and at the counters they act like you are too dumb to use the app, as if it isnt a scam to lure you into a KFC. Would dodge, not the app, but KFC as a whole.

Very hard/impossible to search for restaurant, need to use map in a strange way. Needs account, but doesn’t ask, leading to odd deal prices. Prices are very unclear for deals. Looking through deals to find price resets menu list to top.
Payment process doesn’t actually work, need to press button multiple times and then ideal doesn’t open. Should have give up earlier before wasting at least 5 minutes.
