KFC - Order On The Go

I used to love the KFC app but for a couple of months now it won’t let me pay so I can’t complete my order. This is disappointing and frustrating. I have reached out to KFC but they couldn’t help me. Tried to log out, uninstall, delete the app, change payment method, but nothing works. Please fix this!

While it is useful for ordering ahead of time, the only feature it has, it rarely works. going to checkout always refreshes back to menu and sometimes you can’t even add something to your order. it’s been a few weeks now where the app is pretty much unusable for my partner and I.

The app is fine to use but then when on the go I find all of a sudden I’m logged out and then don’t even go to kfc especially after an update

App has long term bug that will not let you pay which is highly frustrating and is something that KFC needs to get fixed. It is still playing up some several months after I first noticed the issue. Please fix it!

So frustrating! Thanks for having such great app deals which I can never get. The store won’t acknowledge/give the deals so you end up paying more…… Maybe this is what KFC wants to happen!!! I fill up my cart, click on CHECKOUT…. It thinks for a little bit and flicks me back to the cart.

Haven’t been able to process payment in months. Every time I try to checkout it takes me back to my cart. It’s okay when I add one or 2 items to the order but when I try to order more for my family of 8 it won’t let me get to payment page. Ridiculous. Especially when I try to order with add-ons. The app offers me add-ons and when I add them on it won’t let me buy them! Please fix. I used to buy from KFC regularly until this began to happen

For some reason when I check out it reverts back to the cart page. Super annoying. Please fix this bug!

I made an order to pick up I the store, then when I arrived at the store (not by driving), I was told that I could only pick up from drive thru??? Why the app didn’t told me before I ordered?

Husband and I Can’t order any online app only specials on either account! The most frustrating thing ever and it’s stopping us from getting our weekly take out there!

The app is broken and has been for at least two weeks. It seems to work at first and lets you add your order to the cart and put in a payment method, but then it tries to process and comes up with an error code that says payment has failed.
