The app interface is not very user friendly. Keep stuck and dunno what to do. We choose and select but says need to start order. Maybe show at the start to tell us to start order. Or enter location first.

I wake up hungry as always, open the app at 10am to try to order my breakfast. Fail to get my order through till 10.30. Run down to kfc tell them I want to order but they say the promotion I want can only order through app. I told staff that the app is not working but she just repeat the same answer that it’s only applicable in app. I realised your staff is as bad as your app. So in the end i spend 50 cents more to eat McDonald because their app is staff is better then yours. I will only recommend your app to those who are on diet or fasting.
App is glitchy. 1. After I changed address, upon confirmng order it sent the order to the previous address. 2. After selecting saved credit card, it asked me to fill in all the credit card details again.
Couldn't even login. Laggy. Asked me to change password but couldn't even set it or update it at all. Their chicken and fries may be nicer than McD but their app interface is very bad and the coleslaw isn't as nice as it was just like it's app's level of user friendliness
I’m order thru apps 8 pcs chicken and not allow me to check all for hot crispy
The UI is bad. After ordering, the order no is not displayed, had to track my orders using my handphone. The orders once sent in, were registered wrongly. My order was scheduled almost an hour away while the app informed me that the pickup was asap. Although I ordered takeaway, it was registered as dine-in. All in all, I waited almost 45 minutes for my meal when this app was supposed to save me time. A monumental waste of phone space and time. Please review.
I’ve to key in my information so many times & it’s still not saving…
The recent update is so useful that I can’t even log in to KFC to order food. If you’re updating for security, sure. But losing the intention of the app for food ordering is just a whole new level of retardness.
Got event but tap in from apps keep login fail
Think KFC been PDPA rules, wanting customer to change password every 3month! Today is the worst. ID will be lock!!! And email send to unlock. Another wrong password and email send to unlock!!!! Took me 30min to just manage to login, and the payment system using credit card also giving headache. End up eating NTUC food…
