Got errors when submit promo code purchase on shopee.

Wanted to release online payment through the app after using the $5 e-voucher . But it failed in multiple locations. Don’t have this issue previously and not sure if it due to redemption on 25th Dec or the app is not functioning right . Honestly speaking , a far distance away from Macdonald’s and also app is not user friendly resulting in time wasted just to place a single order . It would be advisable to enable the e-vouchers (if any) to be used at the kiosks or even at the counter . Hope to see big improvements in time to come .

I tried opening the app but it kept showing circles and doesn’t open.

Laggy interface. Requires login(+create acc beforehand) to be able to use Shopee code. Then app lags and when attempt to enter code again, code invalid as they state “used before” “please try again later”. Used another voucher and app lags again causing me to almost lose entire order (paid $11 for each code btw) Payment procedure is also messed up as keep asking me to update information everytime, already added card in but then checkout ask me to add again. Need to do more R&D before promoting it. Should not do Shopee deals as heavy number of orders jam up customer lines and users easily lose money if not tech savvy because of app.

This app is so buggy despite the frequent updates!

I can’t even place my order and add items to my cart at all as the app keeps bringing me back to the login page even when I am signed in.. it loads very slow as well
