Needs to tell you when reward points will expire
It is very unclear how long reward points last and the app & website need to tell you the date that points will expire.
Also, I tried to redeem the free Mac&cheese offer, but it was sized too large for the bigger screen phones, and I was unable to scroll down to the “add to bag” button. I had to leave the app and use the website to get it done.
Fed up!
The app keeps making me log back in and now it says I have to put in the numbers it sent to my email and it never comes!
Trash
This app is total trash. They want you to spend money but can’t use your point. The chat to get help is also horrible. KFC you guys need to fix this trash app asap.
No way refund
The order was cancelled after 5h delay. But I could not get refund. There no way to contact them
COLORISM
All of hoyoverse’s games have a serious problem with colorism… They take the culture of dark skinned people for aesthetics and then turn around and make them white. Don’t say “Hoyoverse is a chinese company” dislyte is a chinese game and it has plenty of diverse characters and skin tones. Don’t say “If you don’t like the game don’t play it.” because I DO like the game I just hate how blatantly colorist it is and there aren’t any other games like genshin except for dislyte that have more than one dark skinned character. I hope that theyll learn from their mistakes so that they can have more fans.
Not really worth it
The app looks nice, and it’s easy to use, but you are far better off just ordering at the drive-thru window or in-store.
I just downloaded the app. I ordered one regular chicken sandwich, the app told me my order was ready for pick-up, I pulled up to the drive-thru and told them I had a mobile order. They then proceeded to ask me to “pull forward” (those dreaded words). From that point I watched several cars behind me place their orders, receive them, and drive away. When the team member finally brought out my sandwich, I politely asked if it was more inconvenient for them for me to use the app. She basically said yes; she told me several people have had the same problem/complaint that I did.
They only upside to the app is that it sometimes offers deals you can’t get in-store. But if you just want want to order some chicken and be on your way, you are FAR better off to delete the app and just order at the restaurant. You will get your food MUCH faster that way.
Constantly declines payment through all working methods
Have not been able to order on the kfc app for a long time!
ALL my payment methods work but for months has been saying “We're sorry, there seems to be a problem with your payment. Please provide a valid form of payment below.“
I’ve tried on the app and kfc.com, with Apple Pay and a credit card
McDonald’s and Burger King, work fine

Bad customer service
I messed up on a online order and customer service agent and a supervisor both hung up on me and refused to give me my money back and told me to try and order the food the following day. Extremely disappointed is the customer service
Supervisor, Leia is the worst supervisor I have ever experienced she has hung up on me twice she is extremely rude she like to talk over the customer and is unprofessional this company this customer service department need to be revamped and retrained on customer service satisfaction and be more customer service oriented needless to say I will never order from KFC ever again or will never ever use their app again since they have such very poor customer service.

Keeps declining all payment methods. It’s been months. When is this getting fixed??
