KFC US - Ordering App

Spams you with ad notifications forcing you to keep them off, and when placing an order it will keep your last pinged location show a map with each branch and how far they are from you so i placed an order at the wrong place multiple times, and while trying to place a new order it will repetitively show you a coupon that youve already declined. With that being said i do love kfc and had no issues with any store, im just done with the app till its updated

Tried four different times to sign up in the app. Loads forever until I give up. Pathetic for such a large company.

I’ve been waiting 20 minutes and after logging in it is still loading

I just downloaded app and entered my information but it is taking forever to upload. I’ve entered my information several times trying to get access to app. I have deleted app and will just go directly to my local location to order. I was hoping for convenience of ordering and not have to wait in a line, but I guess that won’t be happening. 😞

When you use app to make an order, the staff will not mention your number and you need to wait for a whole night

I've never encountered an app as frustrating as the KFC app. A month ago, Apple Pay started intermittently failing, with the app indicating it was not a valid form of payment. This issue quickly escalated from intermittent to consistently not working. Today, I tried manually entering my credit card information, only to have it declined by the merchant. My credit card company confirmed that the issue was on KFC's end. This means I have no way to make purchases through the app or online, which conveniently prevents me from earning rewards for my purchases. When I contacted chat support, they abruptly ended the conversation as soon as I started asking questions. Phone support has been equally unhelpful, with no one taking responsibility for the app's issues or the rewards program. I'm extremely disappointed in KFC's lack of accountability and poor customer service. This app is a complete failure, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

There is apparently no way to enter receipt information to get credit for orders placed outside of the app or on the website. For a rewards program this seems like one of the most basic features. One needs to be able to enter rewards in order to have a rewards program.

You can only get deals and offers if you order in app. I go through drive thru and other apps give you a code to use at drive thru, not KFC. Honestly it would be five stars if there was a code I could use at drive thru. McDonald’s did it right with their app. KFC could learn a lot.
