Supposedly, according to the local manager that when you order online, it pop up on ‘their screen’ to begin to prepare the order until just before you app tells you it is ready. My app said it would be ready at 12:25, and I arrived at the restaurant at 12:33. They still didn’t show all of my order on their screen. I had to wait for another 30 minutes *after* the app said it would be ready so an hour total from the time I placed the order. He wasted my time and showed ignorance to my concern.
