## KGB Infi Reviews in India

### ***** "New app amazing"
Very good
-- linnzzu, 2025-05-19

### *---- "Terrible app"
Just shows ‘Something went wrong’ while trying to register. Fails at the first step itself. Not what you’d expect from a banking app in 2025 !
-- Skycache, 2025-05-09

### *---- "Not able to login"
App keep failing and navigating back to home
-- Pranav C Balan, 2025-05-09

### *---- "Disappointing First Experience – Urgent Fix Needed"
I have downloaded the new app and tried to register, but it failed. At first, I thought it was an issue with my internet connection, but even after switching to Wi-Fi, it still shows an error saying something went wrong. This is my first experience with this app, and it’s disappointing. Please fix the bugs immediately. KGB really needs to improve. Such a useless app.!

### ***** "Kgb"
Superb
-- Ansar Akku, 2025-05-08

### ***** "Great app with clean design, but needs better statement options"
I really like this app — the interface is clean, smooth, and user-friendly. It performs well overall. However, there’s a limitation when it comes to downloading account statements. Currently, it only allows downloading statements from the past one year. I needed to access my previous financial year’s statement, but I couldn’t proceed. It would be very helpful if users were allowed to select and download statements for any desired period. Please consider adding this feature in a future update.
-- Bo7in, 2025-05-06

### **--- "Unfriendly User Experience"
I recently installed the Kerala Gramin Bank app. The UI looks decent and clean, but my experience using it was frustrating. While trying to add my card details, I accidentally entered a wrong number. Unfortunately, the backspace and back button didn’t work at that point, which was very inconvenient. I had to close and reopen the app to fix it. Later, when I tried to transfer money, the overall process felt complicated and not user-friendly. Honestly, I’m disappointed with KGB’s app and banking procedure — it needs major improvements in usability and functionality.

### ****- "Need to improve"

### ***** "User friendly"
Simply yet useful banking application.
-- Nith.joe, 2025-04-28

### ***** "Good Banking Application"
I checked each and every features. Lots of new features came in new application, I’m happy with the application now, Now I don’t need to go to bank for every time🥳. Thanks to team.
