PLEASE FIX THE AUTO REFRESH! This app has been bad since I’ve had it and it’s been years. Why can’t it populate the queue correctly when I try to go through and claim or close irrelevant posts? It’ll be fine for about 50 posts but then it starts showing me the same posts over and over instead of the rest of the posts in the queue. Very frustrating when trying to get through hundreds of posts.

This intuitive interface helps me stay connected even when I’m away from my desk.

The app opens and show categories but when I select one it abruptly crashes, it happens whit any option I try to select. Could any help/assistance be provided? Thanks !!!

Great app. Makes work easy with all major functionality that I need to get the job done. Love it!

Nice to be able to work from my phone especially during current times and WFH- haven’t had any issues with the app. Edit: also really good support from the team anytime I’ve had questions.

Fantastic application, especially during Covid when all of our contact center agents are working remotely. Not only does it allow me to see all incoming conversations but I can also view analytics directly from the app as well. Highly recommend.

Loving this app. Honestly didn't have much use for it before, but now that we're in a totally remote world, I find that I use it much more.

Especially now that we are working from home it’s useful to check in on my team if I’m away from my (WFH) desk. Having access to dashboards as a manager is particularly useful.

Very easy to use and friendly UI experience. 11/10 ⭐️
