The App also features diagnostic tools, roadside assistance and more! Kia Connect enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Kia from your workplace, home, or just about anywhere. Access the app with your user-email, password, and PIN to take advantage of Kia Connects features. Log in and send commands conveniently using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). An active Kia Connect subscription is required to use Kia Connect features in the app. To enroll please contact your authorized Kia dealer or visit KiaConnect.ca Paid subscription required after complimentary Kia Connect period • For model years 2018-2020: Complimentary 5-year Ultimate subscription to Kia Connect from time of vehicle registration • Model year 2021+ and onwards: Complimentary 3-years Ultimate subscription to Kia Connect from time of vehicle registration Only use Kia Connect and corresponding devices when safe to do so. Apart from the basic app functionality, Kia for some reason has limited the user profile to just one person: the one to whom the vehicle is registered. Which means for my wife to use the app, for a vehicle we co-own, she has to use my user profile and password instead of one she controls.
