I’ve sort of gotten used to not relying on the app—something Kia wants to eventually charge me for? I don’t think so.

This apps recent update is awful. I want to start my car and I want to start it NOW. Not 90s from now because it is “busy” dealing with the initial opening of the app and asking for telemetry.

You need a great team for this non performing app to do some task at least!

They moved things around on the app, so it was confusing at first, but everything still there. Decent.

New update 2.16.0 worked for a little while this morning. But now having the same issue where it won’t log in and spins and spins forever. Customer service is useless and has no interest in helping and just blames you and the phone provider and won’t accept it is the app that is broken.

It was starting to rain so I used the app to check if I left them cracked open and it said windows were closed. They were open. It seems windows is the status of the sun roof.

I use to LOVE this app and would use it all the time for the cold winters and the hot summers. Was easy to use especially with the little ones. My remote start on my key fob never works when I want it to do this app was really helpful. I haven’t been able to use it since I updated it about 6 months ago and I’m pretty disappointed. It will NOT sign me in! I just get the ring of death…. I’ve read the reviews and seems like A LOT of people have been having this issue! Please fix this issue so that we can actually use it!

Completely useless , doesn’t work on my iPhone.

Worked for a few months, now just spins and won’t connect.
