## Kia Roadside Assistance Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Can’t login"
Unfortunately it is not only really laggy but also now doesn’t allow me to login. I can access some info on the website but as for the app, nothing for months. Can’t login at all, authorization is always ‘denied for this request’.
-- mimscopi, 2025-11-25

### *---- "Bad experience"
I guess Kia doesn’t want clients to renew the contract when their 5 year warranty expires. 🤷🏼
-- Positronico, 2025-05-06

### *---- "Unable to register"
The button to proceed with registration doesn’t work, making the app useless.
-- Buzzcat69, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Worst app"
I bought my Kia this year in 2024. It’s saying that your VIN is not registered in your system. It’s took 2 hours to explain to customer service lady. Worst roadside help assistance system in canada. Update your system or make it better your system.
-- App96241, 2024-12-02

### *---- "Unable to register"
Says I still need to activate. Never received the activation email. Now it won’t let me try registering again as the email has already been used.
-- DT_929, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Doesn’t even work"
Tried to register and can’t even do that. Wouldn’t let me even get past first screen.
-- Starrr6, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Does not work"
Shows errors on every step. I give up
Was able to register after many failed attempts.
Dark mode is not displayed correctly.
Could not add a car. After many clicks it worked randomly.
Now can’t load information.
-- Vlebedevdev, 2024-08-14

### *---- "You can’t even make a new account"
App is not updated in any way. You can’t even make an account. When you fill out all the info, the SUBMIT button is greyed out and you can’t even press it. Beyond useless.
-- secoulte, 2023-08-13

### *---- "Useless"
No one shows up and they lie
-- Jip33, 2022-12-24

### **--- "Not amazing"
Hasn't been updated to work with iPhone X/11/12/13/14 displays, or dark mode. Doesn't play nice with password filling from 1password either.

But at least it accepted my phone number and VIN so I guess I have better luck than the other reviewers.
