Kiddex uses WHO and CDC clinical data to plot your child's growth, tracks the AAP 2025 vaccination schedule with due-date alerts, and gives you CDC developmental milestone checklists from 2 months through 5 years. Everything works without an internet connection. Nothing ever leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
