Kiddocare is Malaysia’s first on-demand babysitting platform that conveniently connects parents with trained and vetted third-party Malaysian babysitters, based on their preferred time and location. Whether it’s short-term babysitting service whenever you need it, or a long-term engagement, Kiddocare has your back! 

On the Carer App, registered and approved Malaysian babysitters will be able to:
- Browse and apply for jobs booked by parents requiring babysitters
- Choose when they want to work, and where
- Review available jobs, and accept ones they want to accept 
- Kiddocare will handle all monetary transaction for the convenience of sitters
- Chat with parents upon service confirmation, and during service via in-app chat
- Review details including children’s allergies, family pets, and parent instructions
- Get paid weekly for all babysitting performed

We help babysitters by providing training, flexibility, freedom, and opportunity to accept jobs when and where they want to, as well as assist them with collecting payments from parents.

### **--- "Notifications priorities are messed up"
Too much notifications on jobs, every hour. But when my client text on the group, no notification AT ALL. 

Please fix it ASAP. 

Some carers have other things to do and may not realise there’s a text message on the app if there is no notifications.

### ***-- "Improve the apps"
to be fair the system provided is very much satisfying in compare to other local companies apps. however there are some parts where it’s inconvenience for us carer. 

1) admin must notify carer about the job application especially if client likes to delay approval. notify carer 24h - 48h about the job so us carer are aware of short notice application. (this is very helpful as sometimes us carer tend to apply different timing same day few weeks ahead and can avoid overlapping or overwork) 

2) client reviews. seriously its starting to get annoying. i cant see my client reviews. i need to see if there’s any lacking from my previous session so i can provide better. this isn’t only beneficial for carer but also for kiddocare to have exceptional carer for clients.

3) the apps always crash. every time i want to text client in the chat or just roaming around it happened to log out.

### **--- "Notifications did not appear when refresh"
Notification tak masuk. Masuk after 5/6 hours the exact time eventhough dah refresh many times. Bila client request service from me, tak dapat noti. Bila dah dapat notification, dah expired sebab dah exceed 5 hours. Terlepas client macamtu je😭. Hope can improve the system.

Nowdays tak dapat received notification job macam selalu. Kalau notification job ada pun banyak job luar kawasan. Agak menyusahkan kita as carer nak kena check all the time apps ni plus kena berebut dengan carer lain kalau job tu lambat applied. Kalau tengah in job session lagi la tak boleh pegang phone. Overall notification tu je yang tak best. Tolong fix.

Hope technical team improve the apps for this version. Too much problems, lags, sometime chat didnt sent, auto log out (too many times)

### ****- "Need a few adjustments on new interface"
A big shout to the KC team for upgrading new apps version, i really appreciated it ❤️ throughout my experience using the latest version I hv encountered several issues which I will listed down below;

1. Notification 

It would be great if the developer can put suggestion boxes in the setting so carer can tick/untick whichever programs that we would like to view in the notification banners for instance,”status of applied jobs” & “booking available”. Another suggestion is the “booking available” can be put in the notification tab in the apps which carer can view the job available whenever we open the apps and no need to view through the notification banner. 
Most of the time I hv to scroll long listed notification and missed the notification that related to my applied jobs🥲

2. Filter (Location,duration,etc.)

Im not sure about anyone else but it would be convenience if I can set the filter and save it which it will not reset whenever i open the apps, its quite a hassle to select the filter all over again when I want to browse the job available sections. 

3. Description on Profile

It would b nice if there is no limit of characters regarding to the description of carer’s experience 

4. Rating 

We have been inform that the new version apps can view our rating but it’s still not appear in rating tab. I do hope that we can view our rating from time to time so that it can help us to improve ourselves in future🙏🏻

I apologized if I have offended anyone with my reviews, it’s not my intention to hurt anyone feelings 🙏🏻that’s just my two cents feel free to take it or leave it. You guys did a great job 👍🏻

Tolong bagi access to all the carers about rating diorang, you taught us on how to appropriately ask clients to put down reviews after a session, but what's the point kalau kami sendiri tak tahu rating kami? How are we supposed to improve? Bila tanya admin psl rating, tak ada pun yang reply, bila ada client complain, pandai pula bagi penalty, baik tak payah ada review section after a session!

### **--- "FIX THE APPS"
Please fix the apps 
1) when carer (not only me) send chat sometimes it doest delivered to admin and it’s gone and we need to resend. It always happen when carer need to send checklist form + need to handling cranky baby. It’s inconvenient for carer!

2) sometimes the notification (important) like request from client doesn’t appear. Please separate request booking and booking available so that I won’t miss anything important (not all carer have time to scroll each time since there are part time carer. 

3) alwaysssssss laggingggggg. 

4) please show us our rating from client. It’s one of our way to improve our service. Client rate us but carer dont know so what’s the point for rating carer if carer dont know their client’s ratings??? Nonsense 😭
