With KidiCom Chat™ kids can share video, text, photo messages and more from their compatible VTech device. You get to approve all contacts before any communication can take place.

• Group Chat. Your child can communicate and share with multiple family members or friends at the same time.
• It's Fun! You can share video clips with funny filters! Your child can even use the voice changer to sound like a robot or a mouse!
Using KidiCom Chat™
Parents/Guardians:
Please register your child's VTech device before downloading this app. This will create a Learning Lodge® Family Account, which one adult can use to log in to this app. That adult will be in charge of the child's contact list and can use this app to send or approve friend requests on their child's behalf.
Other adults will sign up for a separate Learning Lodge® account and be added to the family like other relatives.
Other Relatives:
The Learning Lodge® Family Account holder must approve before you can contact a child. Once you've signed up for a Learning Lodge® account, send the child's account a request to join their family.

Signed me my husband and two kids up and we have been chatting all day
Won’t let me sign in
Hard to use the app when it’s saying my password does not meet the requirements of 8+ letters with upper and lower case and numbers. MY PASSWORD AND MULTIPLE PASSWORDS THAT MET THE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT WORKING. Fix it please.
It worked for a good month, then nothing
It was working great for a month. Then it stopped letting me log in. I still get the notifications when my child sends something but when I go to log in to see it, it’s a spinning wheel forever. Bummer.
Cabot get code to verify email
I have tried 3 times to set up an account and it says it’s sending an email with verification code. It never comes. Even checked spam😤
Best purchase
So far it’s been a great app!! I can chat with my child no issues at all. Hopefully it keeps that way .
App doesn’t work
Sadly this is why we got this for our 7 year old and it doesn’t work
Chat doesn’t work
I bought it so my child can chat with family and it doesn’t work. It keeps crashing. I paid too. Then their website doesn’t work. Their form doesn’t work. Nothing seems to be working.
Works so far
Works so far no issues swapping chats is just a learning curve wish it was listed type like iPhone and Android phone messenger but still works
Setup and install
First time downloading the app upon trying to connect to a family (to add “friends”) and the setup page requires you to type characters in a box. And no characters EVER appear just a spinning circle with no way to complete setup and use. Uninstalled and I’m trying it yet again. So far I’m not impressed with this software at all. I’ve seen college student developers produce a lot better software.
